We are a learning facility for individuals who struggle with effectively expressing healthy anger, a place of support for those whose anger has taken a destructive toll in their lives, and a resource center for individuals, groups, institutions and corporations who wish to learn about anger and anger related issues.

Anger continues to plague individuals and communities in various capacities, whether anger takes the form of domestic abuse, road rage, or an eating disorder, it is a primary contributor to many societal dysfunctions.

Our anger management counselling services in Mississauga and Brampton are designed to teach acceptable expressions of anger and eliminate violent and destructive behaviors to self and others. Individuals will learn how to be aware of their anger, recognize situations, events or people that are common factors in their anger episodes and effective ways of coping with challenging situations.

The variety of our counselling programs ensures there’s a place for everyone. Whether you are an individual seeking one to one counseling, or a corporation seeking workshops to educate staff on anger management, we will design a program to suit your unique needs.
